Known as the "what's next" guy amongst friends and associates, Jerry is the entrepreneurial force behind TRIALOGUE Direct.  A graduate of the University of Southern California Law School, Jerry pursued a more creative career path right out of school.  Excellence in his art earned him an Emmy, Grammys, Clio and Cable Ace Awards.  As a founder of many successful technology and marketing companies, and an early adopter of CRM practices, Jerry knows first hand the value of one-to-one marketing.

John is recognized as the "go to" man in the Capital of Hospitality and Lifestyle marketing, Las Vegas.  He has led the creation of some of the most recognizable marketing campaigns in the leisure lifestyle industry.   At 22, he left agency work in NYC to work for client Steve Wynn.  As VP of Advertising for Mirage Resorts John immersed himself in the hospitality business during the company's most formative era.  Those 15 years set the platform for opening his own agency that today, with over 120 employees, represents some of the largest brands in the industry including The Andre Agassi Foundation, MGM MIRAGE, CityCenter, Galaxy Entertainment Group, Pinnacle Entertainment, Montage Hotels Resorts and Residences and Trump International.

Cabot brings over 15 years of experience in global strategic marketing bringing best practices from a range of industries including travel & hospitality, services, CPG and not-for-profit.  He worked in the international divisions of Farmland Industries and Maple Leaf Foods where he achieved business growth (over $850 million) for these Fortune 250 companies with a focus on multi-channel marketing and brand building.  During his career Cabot has provided consultation to luxury hospitality companies such as Omni Hotels, Hyatt, Grupo Posadas, Starwood, Dorchester Group and Loews Hotels.  He has an MBA with a focus in Services Marketing from Thunderbird, School of Global Management.

Possessing the rare combination of technological expertise and marketing understanding, Wes has successfully led multiple teams through "uncharted technical waters."  Formally educated at the University of Washington in Mathematics, Physics and Computer Science, he is an eternal student with over 20 certifications.  Over the past 24 years Wes has worked as a systems engineer on everything from AH-64 Apache helicopters to data disaster recovery systems.  Wes has deep experience in marketing analysis, systems analysis, data security, and report development.  Over the past 8 years Wes has channeled his skills in architecting and deploying direct marketing solutions, CRM, and marketing data management.

Tim has worked within the printing, packaging, CD & DVD replication and marketing services industries for over 15 years.  During that period he managed, produced and distributed over 250 million finished goods, in various formats, for retail and marketing purposes for a diverse clientele including Britannica Encyclopedia, America Online, Walmart.com, Universal Music, Microsoft and Hewlett Packard to name a few.  Prior to entering into the marketing services industry, Tim was a technical consultant on submarine-based missile systems for Westinghouse Electric Corporation and resided in numerous domestic and international locations supporting the US Navy.  Tim holds a BS degree in mechanical engineering from Old Dominion University.

Business Development- Print & Fulfillment

Ricki is a direct mail marketing pioneer, always living on the bleeding edge starting with the launch of MasterCard's Telecredit Direct Mail Marketing in the 1970s.  Enriching her multi-channel experience, Ricki moved on to radio advertising and then returned to open her own successful printing and mailing brokerage with Sears as a major client.  Escaping from the rat race, Ricki relocated to the Virgin Islands for 14 years where she fulfilled more entrepreneurial dreams.  Hurricane Hugo returned her to the mainland AND to direct marketing.   For nine years, she was president of Printing & Mailing Solutions until joining the TRIALOGUE team.
